Teresa Lappin – Assistant Director

Teresa has been working in children’s ministry for over 30 years. She has a passion to see children learn and grow to become all God has called them to be. She has a playful side and enjoys seeing children learn through hands on activities.
Teresa has a variety of experience working with children in many capacities. She has eight children of her own, has homeschooled, and done in-home childcare. She has also worked in the public-school setting for many years and been a daycare director. In addition, she has taught preschool in church for 25 years.
Teresa has her bachelor’s degree in Elementary education as well as a bachelor’s degree in ministry. She loves to read and spend time with her family, including a growing number of grandchildren. Teresa believes children should learn by doing and have fun while learning!
